We are looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join our Finance Department at our site in Fochabers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial accounting support to the Group and European Financial Controllers, Primary tasks will include consolidation of the Group Management accounts, preparation of overhead journals, reconciliation of inter-company and other balance sheet accounts and regular meetings with cost centre managers across the business. The role will also include preparation of the weekly cash flow forecast and the opportunity to be involved in key Group-wide projects.
The ideal candidate will have previous Financial Accounting experience and preferably hold a professional qualification in accounting e.g. ICAS, ACCA. Proficient use of Excel is necessary and previous experience of Oracle is desirable. Confidence to deal with other employees in the organisation and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
