Our client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated individual to carry out a range of administrative tasks within a busy office. Specific duties include:
Dealing with enquiries by telephone.
Taking messages and delegating calls.
Franking and sorting post.
Updating client records.
Filing, faxing and photocopying.
Previous experience is not essential but applicants must have strong academic qualifications (standard grade English & Maths a minimum requirement). Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential along with the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly and efficiently.
