Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks. This position requires an immediate start and hours of work will be full time, Monday - Friday 9-5. Duties include:
Carrying out a range of administrative tasks including word processing and data entry.
Updating and maintaining accurate records.
Filing, faxing and photocopying.
Dealing with post, franking and sorting.
Updating an in house database system.
Reception cover, greeting and assisting visitors and dealing with general enquiries.
Ordering supplies and stationery.
Setting up meeting rooms.
Overseeing the company appointments diary and visitor log.
Dealing with external contractors.
Applicants must have strong administrative and reception skills along with a polite telephone manner and the ability to communicate with others in a professional manner. IT skills including working knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required.
