The role is based in Invergordon in Easter Ross, reporting to the Practice Principal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Administration Manager is responsible for maintaining client communications and managing the day-today delivery of marketing projects including company website, Facebook, Pet Care Club, current promotions, events and customer care.  Initiatives plus any other marketing assignments.

The Administration Manager also plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice by creating, implementing and updating documentation for a range of important processes including:

(a) Managing buying decisions and working with the wholesalers etc to achieve best outcome
(b) Practice Standard Scheme accreditation
(c) Non Clinical policies and procedure
(d) Team meetings, including organise meetings and implementing action points
(e) Managing the Practice Principal's agenda
(f) Overseeing the practice diary and identifying issues
(g) Working closely with the team to achieve clear aims and objectives
(h) Day to day administrative support as required

Transport and current driving licence are required due to visits to other branches in Tain and Alness
