Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time role, Monday Friday and duties include:

 

Sales ledger reconciliation.

Chasing and allocating overdue payments.

Liaising with customers by telephone and email.

Customer account reconciliations.

Accounts administration.

Assisting with raising sales invoices and dealing with credit notes.

 

Applicants will ideally have previous experience in a similar role covering Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable. Strong IT skills are required including working knowledge of MS Word and financial software systems. The ability to communicate effectively with customers and working accurately with attention to detail is essential.
