Asset & Investment Assistant (AM127)

Permanent based Invergordon

35 hours, 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Salary £23,904 26,566 (award pending) pa plus pension

We offer an excellent opportunity for a conscientious, flexible and motivated individual to be part of a highly performing team. This role is vital in supporting the effective delivery of our major repairs and maintenance programmes with the successful individual required to provide a full administration and liaison service on various projects. You will be customer focussed, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, colleagues and external contractors. You will also demonstrate accuracy and excellent attention to detail to ensure all information is recorded and targets are achieved. It is essential to be willing to learn and apply new procedures as well as having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Home or site visits are required so you need to be able to travel independently to all locations within the allocated area. The post requires a Disclosure Scotland check.
