We invite applications for an exceptional individual for a permanent position in
our Corporate team in Invergordon

Corporate Assistant (Cor 39) Invergordon
35 hours per week over 5 days
Salary £23,904 26,566 per annum plus pension

We have an ideal opportunity for an organised, pro-active and positive individual with
excellent communication skills to join the team within Finance and Corporate.

The successful post holder will provide an administrative and minute-taking support function to the Corporate Officer, the Board and the Finance and Corporate team.
It is therefore essential that you are computer literate with excellent keyboard skills, that you have superb attention to detail and experience of taking formal minutes.

The successful post holder will provide support to Board, Committee and other formal
meetings, such as minute taking, as well as collating and distributing papers.

The post holder should therefore have experience of dealing with corporate governance duties and be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy. You also need to be able to prioritise a varied workload whilst under pressure and working to strict deadlines.

The ability to plan ahead and work on your own initiative is also a must, as well as the
willingness to travel and work from either of Albyns offices in Invergordon and Inverness.

Experience of working in a housing association environment, or in a public or voluntary sector organisation would be beneficial. The post will be subject to a Disclosure Scotland check.
