The 4 Star Royal Golf Hotel Dornoch has established itself as one of the premier golfing and leisure hotels in the Highlands, with 22 luxury bedrooms, plus 12 two bedroomed apartments on site.

After 9 years success in post our Head Chef is moving on.
Our preferred candidate will:
Be qualified to Level 3 in professional cookery, or equivalent and demonstrate experience of working in a high-quality establishment.
Display high standards of cooking and food presentation utilising flair and creativity to deliver menus using fresh, local and seasonal produce.
Varied and extensive knowledge of food and menu construction and costing
Have knowledge of and commitment to compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, employment and relevant legislation.

Attractive salary package plus bonus potential. Accommodation available locally.
May suit an ambitious Sous Chef ready to progress.
