Albyn is looking to recruit a housing professional to join its Customer Services team in Invergordon.

Housing Services Assistant (CS49)
Permanent based Invergordon
2 days (Monday, Thursday half day & Friday)
Salary £11,952 £13,283 (pay award pending) per annum plus pensi

We are offering this exciting opportunity for a conscientious, flexible and hard-working individual who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be an important contact for customers and will provide excellent customer service when providing information and advice on a range of services. A varied workload will involve the day to day activities and administration when providing a comprehensive housing service for our customers. The team is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of housing services including repairs, voids, applications / waiting list enquiries, tenancy agreements, estate management, rent arrears and anti-social behaviour.

Whilst previous experience in a social housing environment is an advantage, we are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude, who is a quick learner and committed to assisting the team meet its performance targets in their area.

It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as experience of using a database system.
