Our client is looking to appoint an HR Co-ordinator on a full time basis. This is a varied role and duties will include:

Generalist HR support within a busy office environment.
Dealing with a range of enquiries and providing support to Line Managers.
Recruitment - placing adverts, response handling, setting up interviews and dealing with offer correspondence.
Reference and additional background checking.
Assisting with employee relations management.
Assisting the HR Manager in the review and implementation of policies and procedures.
Administration of grievance and disciplinary hearings.
Additional ad hoc HR casework.

Applicants must have experience in a similar HR Co-ordinator/Assistant role or have strong HR Administrative experience and the ability to step up to this level of responsibility. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 9-5 and the salary will be approximately £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
