Position
This is a permanent full-time position within the Homes Department. The position is based at our main offices at Averon House, 3 Dail Nan Rocas, Teaninich Industrial Estate, Alness, and will be reporting to the Development Manager for Pat Munro Homes.

Principle Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you will be required to undertake the following: -
> Act as first point of contact for sales enquiries, in respect of all live developments.
> Creation of client database on our CRM system for all enquiries.
> Arranging meetings with prospective clients to discuss the purchase of a new home.
> On successful reservation, creation and issue of reservation paperwork in accordance with the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
> Guiding clients through the client choices process issuing relevant documentation on agreement.
> Providing updates to solicitors and informing internal team of reservations.
> Providing regular progress and date of entry updates to clients.
> Arranging familiarisation visits and handovers.
> Preparation of handover documents and handover pack.
> Circulation of post-handover information.
> Sales enquiry analysis and monthly reporting.
> Preparation of market research and analysis prior to sales release.
>Supporting the assessment of sales values for future developments.
> Supporting marketing strategies for developments
> And from time-to-time other duties as directed by your Line Manager.

Qualifications
Previous experience of new homes sales preferred but not essential.

Training
Will be provided based on the successful candidates level of experience.

Working Hours
The standard working week consists of the following: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
At times out of hours working will be required, by mutual agreement, to accommodate meetings/viewings with prospective customers.

Remuneration 
Proposed salary is £negotiable depending upon relevant experience. Salary reviews are conducted annually.

Probationary Period
The company operates a standard 3 month probationary period, during which either party have the right to immediate termination of employment. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, full terms of the employment contract will apply.

Holidays 
Annual holiday entitlement is 30 days (for full-time positions) which is inclusive of recognised public holidays. You are required to reserve a specified amount of your annual holiday entitlement to cover the annual Christmas and New Year shutdown period. This is normally 10 days.
PMA will endeavour to grant holidays out with the fixed dates, where possible, subject to operational requirements. Minimum notice periods will apply to such requests.
